Nicholas (“Nick”) C. York is a nationally recognized attorney, entrepreneur, and strategic advisor whose legal career spans more than two decades across transactional law, public finance, and government affairs. As Of Counsel at Meyers Roman, Nick brings a powerful blend of legal experience and business insight—shaped by his work with startups, Fortune 500 companies, universities, and national non-profit organizations.
Beyond the law, Nick is an accomplished entrepreneur, having founded and led multiple ventures under his holding company, KASER Enterprises, LLC, named for his four children. He has also served in executive law firm leadership, previously Chair of the Business Department of a national firm and Founder of its Public Law & Finance Practice, advising on regulatory and policy matters in Washington, D.C. and across the U.S.
Nick’s nonprofit impact spans education, mental health, and veteran advocacy — bringing together cognitive science and community leadership through initiatives like the Mindful Nation Foundation, inspired by Congressman Tim Ryan’s work.
