  • Represents business organizations and individuals in reviewing and drafting a broad spectrum of agreements (English and Hebrew)
  • Advises clients engaged in disputes and conflicts with school personnel/school administration in a wide variety of situations, including IDEA issues

Background

  • Served as liaison between teaching staff and school district administration and as Teacher-Leader helping to guide a large public high school through a major reform, reinforcing Mark’s reputation as a skilled negotiator and mediator
  • Has taught for 30 years in an inner-ring, suburban high school catering to the needs of students of diverse backgrounds and abilities—from “at risk” to Advanced Placement—and has developed the skills to tailor specific solutions to individual requirements. Mr. Sack brings to his law practice the same attention to focused and personalized problem-solving
  • Having balanced dual careers as a full-time teacher and a sole law practitioner, Mr. Sack displays a keen understanding of the necessity for results-driven efficiency and clear, concise communication
  • Mr. Sack played 9 seasons of professional basketball in Israel and has represented both the United States and Israel in International competitions
