Experience
Abby is an associate in the firm’s Business, Corporate, Litigation and Real Estate practice groups. She assists clients in the restaurant and hospitality industry, as well as the rapidly growing Cannabis industry in the Cleveland area. As a professional Chef, restaurant manager, and bakery owner in her former career, Abby has extensive experience in the restaurant space.
Her work also involves assisting clients in a wide variety of real estate and business/corporate matters from initial formation and business funding to mergers and acquisitions. Abby also has extensive experience in various general commercial and private litigation matters including civil litigation, landlord-tenant disputes, domestic relations, and various transactional matters. She is proficient in legal research and drafting which enables her to quickly and effectively find solutions to a wide variety of legal problems.
