David Neumann is a seasoned business advisor and strategic litigator who has spent over two decades helping companies navigate the financial and operational crossroads of commercial enterprise. His practice focuses on corporate insolvency, creditor rights, bankruptcy litigation, receiverships, and complex restructurings, delivering innovative solutions for distressed businesses, investors, and stakeholders alike.

David is originally from Lexington, Massachusetts and is a long-time resident of Olmsted Falls, Ohio, where his wife, Holly, was raised and where she now serves on the local school board. David has two daughters and is a proud and active member of the West Side Cleveland Jewish community.  David is also an artist and gardener, and fluent in conversational Russian.
