Alan G. Ross brings over four decades of experience to his role as Of Counsel at Meyers Roman, where he continues to shape Ohio’s labor law landscape with unparalleled depth and integrity. A fierce advocate and seasoned negotiator, Alan has managed more than 1,000 construction industry job site disputes and negotiated over 100 collective bargaining agreements across industries, including construction, manufacturing, nursing homes, and beer & wine distribution.
His legal career began in 1975 as a field attorney with the National Labor Relations Board, and he has since become a recognized authority in NLRB representation, unfair labor practices, union organizing, collective bargaining, and litigation under the Davis-Bacon Act, Ohio Prevailing Wage Law, NLRA, and FLSA.
