- Receivership Counsel- Directed sales and redevelopment of failed suburban mall; recovered assets and distributed proceeds in a fraudulent pain management business; sold secured real estate and gas pipeline assets for a national bank
- Committee Representation – FirstEnergy Solutions Corp.- Advocated for committee member interests in largest Chapter 11 case pending in Northern District of Ohio
- Eminent Domain Defense- Blocked undervalued foreclosure sale; secured multimillion-dollar settlement from Ohio Department of Transportation
- Shareholder/Fiduciary Dispute Defense- Successfully defended ownership and duty claims in steel mill litigation
- Construction Law Counsel- Represents stakeholders (owners, contractors, architects, engineers) in design-build and contract disputes including AIA terms and mechanic’s liens
