Marc J. Bloch brings over 50 years of experience in labor and employment law, offering strategic counsel to employers on a wide range of workplace issues. As Of Counsel in the Firm’s Labor & Employment practice group, Marc focuses on contract administration, interpretation, and dispute resolution — helping clients avoid costly litigation through effective arbitration strategies.
Marc has successfully defended companies against claims brought before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Ohio Civil Rights Commission (OCRC), including allegations of harassment, discrimination, and wrongful termination. His deep experience in labor relations includes advising employers nationwide on union avoidance, collective bargaining, election campaigns, and unfair labor practice claims before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and Ohio’s State Employment Relations Board (SERB).
