Meyers Roman Welcomes David M. Smith

Meyers Roman is pleased to announce that David M. Smith has joined the firm as a partner, focusing his practice on employment litigation, business disputes, civil rights litigation, and a wide variety of complex claims. David has a strong background as an advisor of businesses and governmental agencies on employment matters and risk management. He brings additional experience in drafting employment agreements and handbooks and giving counsel to companies on the ever-changing landscape of employment legislation. “David is a wonderful addition to Meyers Roman and he brings incredible experience and skill to our firm,” said Managing Partner Seth Briskin.

David is a member of a number of professional organizations including the Defense Research Institute (DRI) and the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (FDCC), as well as an active and engaged community volunteer.
