Experience
Alex, a Cleveland native, clerked with Meyers Roman before joining the firm as an Associate Attorney. His practice involves assisting clients in a wide variety of real estate, business, and corporate matters from initial formation and business funding to mergers and acquisitions. Alex also has extensive experience in various general commercial and private litigation matters including civil litigation, mechanic’s liens, landlord-tenant disputes, and various transactional matters. Prior to joining Meyers Roman, Alex was a law clerk for the Geauga County Prosecutor’s office. Additionally, he worked alongside in-house counsel at a privately owned corporation where he obtained valuable experience in both litigation and transactional law. Alex is proficient in legal research enabling him to quickly and effectively find solutions to a wide variety of legal problems.
Alex is a resident of Mayfield Heights and spends his spare time fishing, golfing, and exploring the various breweries and restaurants that Cleveland has to offer.
