Scott Lewis Appointed to Writing Council of Minds Matter

Scott Lewis has been selected to join the Writing Council of the Cleveland Chapter of Minds Matter. Founded in New York City in 1991, the Minds Matter organization (now in 8 cities) assists high school students from low-income families achieve academic excellence and gain admission to leading universities. Statistically, students enrolled in the program have made substantial gains in improving their writing, critical thinking, math and SAT scores. Scott will act as a mentor/coach working directly with students to improve writing skills particularly with regard to the admissions essay requirement of most selective colleges.
