Russell O’Rourke Appointed Legal Counsel for Home Builders Association

Russell O’Rourke is the new Legal Counsel for the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Greater Cleveland. His role will include advising the HBA Board of Trustees, President and Chief Executive officer on all legal matters including policy issues, governmental relations, regulatory requirements and legal functions. We congratulate Russell on this well-deserved distinction.
