Meyers Roman Welcomes Partner E. Mark Young
We are pleased to announce that E. Mark Young has joined the firm as a Partner. With over 12 years of trial experience, Mark has represented companies and financial institutions in commercial and complex civil litigation on a wide variety of matters including business, bankruptcy, contract, real estate, commercial foreclosure, receivership. disposition of defaulting assets and construction disputes.
Mark currently serves as Trustee of Gilmour Academy High School, Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and Cleveland Academy of Scholarship Technology and Leadership Enterprise (CASTLE High School).
A graduate of Wake Forest University in Economics, Mark also holds an M.S. degree in Urban Planning, Design and Development from the Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University and a J.D. degree from The University of Toledo College of Law.
