Katie Kalbacher Joins Meyers Roman

Meyers Roman is pleased to welcome Katie M. Kalbacher as an associate in the Business and Corporate Practice Group.

Katie has focused her practice on corporate transactions, including the acquisition, development, and disposition of commercial real estate. She has worked with both borrowers and lenders in loan financing and has experience with tax-advantaged investments. Katie has also represented franchisees through formation, due diligence, leasing, and establishment of best practices.

Katie earned her law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law where she was Chief Justice on the Moot Court Governing Board (2014-15). She received a Bachelor of Science Degree (with Honors in the Art & Sciences) from The Ohio State University in 2012.
