The first in a 3 part series of Workers’ Comp presentations by Meyers Roman and Oswald Companies covers the epidemic of prescription drug use in the workplace and how it affects (or does not affect) Workers’ Comp claims. Learn how to make certain that claims involving employees who test positive for drug use post-accident get denied, as well as some pre-loss and post-loss steps to ensure an effective drug-free program.
