AUDIO: Barbara Roman talks Collaborative Law on The Sound of Ideas
Barbara Roman was a featured panelist last week (6/26) on “The Sound of Ideas” with Mike McIntyre on WCPN (90.3). As Chair of our Domestic Relations practice group, Barbara focused on the recent trend of “Conscious Uncoupling” and more specifically on her involvement in and passion for Collaborative law as an effective, respectful and affordable alternative to the traditional divorce process. The idea of Conscious Uncoupling through a Collaborative divorce allows for a positive and optimistic avenue for couples to end their marital relationships and to move on in productive and purposeful ways:
