Grace M. Miclot

Attorney

Experience

Grace Miclot applies her prior experience as a staff attorney for several Ohio and Pennsylvania family court judges to achieve her client’s objectives in all areas of domestic relations and juvenile court matters. Grace guides her clients through these personal processes with kindness and attempts to minimize the potential emotional harm to the client and his/her family.

Grace’s passion for family law began in 2008 when she held an internship in juvenile court. Since that time, she has worked for family law judges in Ohio and Pennsylvania and handled hearings, trials, and settlement conferences. As an attorney, Grace continues to address these matters from the other side of the bench.

Grace also appeared as a student attorney in Immigration Court representing clients seeking asylum, special immigrant juvenile status, and special protection under the Violence Against Women Act.

Grace believes it is important for attorneys to use their specialized knowledge to give back to their community and she enjoys volunteering with the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association through their Pro Se Divorce Clinics, 3Rs program, and mock trial judging.
