Anne L. Meyers to Speak at 2013 William J. O’Neill Regional Bankruptcy Institute

  

Anne L. Meyers will be a panelist for the 2013 William J. O’Neill Regional Bankruptcy Institute. Sponsored by the Bankruptcy & Commercial Law Section of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association (CMBA), the two-day seminar will feature regionally and nationally recognized experts in the bankruptcy and insolvency arena. The panel discussion in which Ms. Meyers is participating takes place on Thursday, June 6^th from 3:45 pm to 4:45 pm. and is entitled “Commercial Breakout: It’s Not All Bricks and Mortar: Special Issues in Construction Bankruptcies.”
