Meyers Roman Continues to Grow

Meyers Roman is pleased to welcome a Partner and two Associates to our team this fall. These new additions to our practice significantly strengthen the breadth and depth of services available to our client base. Lisa Arlyn Lowe, new Partner in our Business & Corporate practice group, has over 35 years of experience representing individuals and businesses in the financial services and real estate industries. A strong advocate for community development, Lisa has an extensive background with the formation, grant and tax credit applications and certification of de novo and non-depository community development financial institutions. An active member of the Turnaround Management Association of Ohio, the leading nonprofit serving corporate renewal and restructuring, Lisa assists in all areas of lending, commercial real estate transactions and public sector financing and development. Lisa is licensed to practice law in Illinois, Florida, Colorado and Ohio, and has been named an Ohio Super Lawyer every year since 2015.

Carly B. Deutch is an Associate in the firm’s Civil and Commercial litigation practice group. She focuses her practice on diverse civil litigation matters including small business disputes, real estate litigation, product and premises liability as well as complex corporate litigation. Carly is a recent transplant from Illinois and enjoys hiking and travel in her spare time.

Associate Christopher T. Cheh focuses his law practice on Business, Tax and Estate Planning matters. Christopher has experience assisting clients in business transactions, commercial finance and real estate matters. With an undergraduate degree in Accounting, Chris works effectively with clients on the resolution of tax issues before the IRS and the State of Ohio in audit and collection proceedings. Chris is a Cleveland sports enthusiast and enjoys exploring the Metroparks.
