Barbara K. Roman Installed as Vice-President of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association
Barbara K. Roman was installed as Vice-president of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association (CMBA) at the CMBA Annual Meeting on June 19th at the Cleveland Marriott Downtown. This designation carries special significance because then she will serve as President-elect for 2010-11 and as President in 2011-12.
As a Trustee of the former Cuyahoga County Bar Association, Barbara served as Chair of the Family Law Committee and on the Unification Steering Committee which formed the CMBA. She is a tireless advocate for resolving conflict through mediation and Collaborative Law and was recently named a Trustee of The Center for Principled Family Advocacy. Barbara also serves on the Ursuline College Legal Advisory Board and as a member of the Ohio Women’s Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
