Peter D. Brosse and Bryan J. Dardis presented at a Landlord-Tenant Law Seminar on May 11th, 2010 conducted by Sterling Education Services, Inc. and offering continuing education credits (CLE’s) to attorneys. Brosse and Dardis spoke on Green Building and Green Lease issues, including what constitutes a green building and green lease, why landlords and tenants should be concerned, the third party certification system, government mandates and incentives, legal risks and liabilities and various green lease provisions.
