Bryan J. Dardis is a business and corporate attorney who focuses his practice on real estate, including all types of financing and leasing transactions, sales, construction and development. He also has extensive experience advising corporate clients on start-up and organization, acquisitions, mergers, corporate financing and business succession planning. Bryan is accredited as a LEED Green Associate by the Green Building Certification Institute. He is a graduate of Ohio University and the Cleveland Marshall College of Law. Bryan is active in a number of local and national bar and professional organizations, Greater Cleveland Habitat for Humanity, Greater Cleveland Mortgage Bankers Association, and NAIOP. Bryan was named a 2011 Ohio Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine.
Jenifere R. Singleton has been practicing exclusively in the area of Domestic Relations since joining Meyers, Roman, Friedberg and Lewis ten years ago. A lifelong Clevelander, she attended Cleveland Marshall College of Law, following her undergraduate work at Villanova University. Jen’s practice focuses on divorce and dissolution of marriage as well as both pre and post decree property disputes, child custody and child and spousal support matters. She is a strong proponent of alternative dispute resolution tactics and is trained in mediation and advanced Collaborative Law techniques. Jen is an active member of a number of local and national bar associations, is a former trustee for the Center for Principled Family Advocacy and is a founding member of the Cleveland Academy of Collaborative Professionals. She was named a 2012 Ohio Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine.
